Gentlemen,
there appears to have been a few problems with the emailing system on this upgraded board. However I have just sent one to myself and it worked fine so hopefully that is now sorted. You may also have noticed that the messages tab at the head of the page is missing, this is because the PM facility has been disabled for the moment. It was pointed out to me that it had a more serious problem, it was allowing anyone to access the original message sent by the author. That of course is not acceptable, so until I can find some answers and get it sorted it will remain disabled. Hopefully there will be no further problems with the email system which will do the same job.

Now you tell us Al, yes the send email button to send directly off a post has been missing since this new version went live

Ian, as far as I remember the email button has always been there but not always working as it should as was the PM button. I disabled the PM button for the reasons I gave earlier.
